Pricing
The split is not arbitrary. Anything we compute from data we already hold is free, because serving it again costs us nothing. Anything that calls a model or runs an ingestion pipeline is paid, because every use of it is a bill.
You were looking at Smart money. Congress PTRs and 13F filings are ingested, parsed and reconciled continuously — including scanned PDFs that need a model to transcribe. The data is public; keeping it current is the expensive part.

Where billing stands
Payments run through Stripe, which hosts both the checkout and the billing portal — no card details are entered on this site or stored by it. Your plan changes only when Stripe tells us it has, over a signed webhook, never because a browser said so. Cancel any time from Manage billing; access continues to the end of the period you paid for. the methodology page will keep documenting exactly what each figure is derived from — that part is free forever.
Research and education only. Paying for a plan buys access to tooling and public-record data; it does not buy investment advice, and nothing in the product is a recommendation.
